For users (clients):

  • Full name: To allow the photographer to identify you during the service.

  • Age: To verify that you are of legal age and eligible to use our services.

  • Email address: For account creation, communication with you (booking confirmation, updates), and managing your profile.

  • Temporary geographic location: Collected only at the time of your search to show available photographers nearby. This data is not stored after use.


We do not collect any data for advertising or marketing purposes.

For photographers:

  • Full name: For identification and presentation on the platform.

  • Age: To verify eligibility (being of legal age).

  • Email address: For account management and communications.

  • Phone number: To facilitate coordination with clients.

  • Operating location: To indicate to users where you offer your services.

  • Expertise and creations: To showcase your skills and attract clients (e.g., portfolio or sample works).

  • Status: For administrative or internal management purposes.

  • Secure infrastructure: We use Firebase, a platform with a robust backend system and restricted access. Only authorized members of our team can access data, strictly within their roles.

  • No specific encryption: While we do not directly encrypt data, restricted access to our backend limits the risk of unauthorized access.

5. How long do we retain your data?

Users: Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data (name, email, age) is immediately deleted from our servers.


Photographers
: Your data is retained as long as you are active on the platform. When you delete your account, all your information, including your portfolio, is erased.

We do not keep any data beyond what is necessary to provide our service.

6. With whom do we share your data?

We only share your personal data with parties essential to providing the service:

  • Between users and photographers: Full name and, for photographers, the phone number are shared to organize the service.

  • Legal obligations: We may disclose your data if required by law (e.g., upon request from a competent authority).


No third parties (advertisers, marketing partners, etc.) have access to your data.

7. What are your rights?

You have full control over your data. You can:

  • Access your data: Request a copy of the information we hold about you.

  • Modify your data: Update your profile at any time through the app.

  • Delete your account: Deleting your account will irreversibly erase all associated personal data.
